Breckenridge ice climbing offers an adventure for all who aspire for excitement and fun!  It is also a great opportunity for seasoned ice climbers to experience some of the most breathtaking scenery and exhilarating ice climbing routes in Colorado.

Great for kids, families and groups, a multitude of ice falls ensures that there’s something for everyone.  Beginner through advanced climbers get a personalized day of ice climbing that will leave you loving these spectacular Colorado ice routes!

First time ice climbers – Beginner ice climbing includes a moderate introduction on low angle ice where you will learn the fundamentals of climbing, belaying and lowering techniques, and voice commands.

Experienced ice climbers – Intermediate ice climbing explores more challenging lines, with a focus on efficient body positions, improving climbing technique and maximizing rests.

Seasoned ice climbers – For advanced climbers looking to learn new skills or sharpen existing ones, we offer instruction in advanced ice climbing technique, gear and anchors, and lead climbing.

We’ll happily customize our ice climbing itinerary to meet your goals. Participants of all experience and ability levels are welcome, and our ice climbing clients have ranged in age from 8 to 76 years old!

Ice climbing outings are offered daily and include all technical ice climbing gear (ice climbing boots, crampons, ice axes, belay equipment, ropes, helmets and harnesses), transportation to and from your doorstep and a private guide. Gourmet deli lunch is available on request.
